Horseback Riding
Trail #1: Our shortest ride. Our 1-hour trail takes you through woods along a hidden lake and across open meadows.
Trail #2: For those who prefer a little longer ride, this 1 1/2 hour ride is ideal. Follow old deer trails through the deeper woods, across a mountain stream and along a wooded marsh. You will end up on top of the mountain with a breathtaking view of the area.
Trail #3: Our most popular trail. Ride 2 hours and cover most of the 189 acres on the ranch. Exploring views of our old beaver dam, plateau, campsite and more.
Horse Drawn Rides
Hayride or covered wagon: Enjoy a peaceful horse drawn ride along a country lane and through the woods this 30-minute ride is great for families. (Up to 12 people)
the above can be done tractor drawn for a reduced rate.
Stagecoach ride: Travel back in time in this old fashion mode of transportation.
This 30-minute ride is a great way to relax. (Holds up to 4 people)
Horse drawn sleigh ride: Ride in a 1928 Studebaker sleigh. This 30-minute ride takes you through the woods and to the top of the mountain. (Holds 4 people)
Horse drawn sleigh ride: This hand made sleigh is great for groups. It will hold up to 15 people, climb in the hay and stay warm, bring hot chocolate and doughnuts and enjoy a winter wonderland.
Horseback camping
Deluxe horse lovers package: This includes a private 1 1/2 hour ride at end of the day. Ride your horse to the campsite, Learn how to take care of your horse. Your wrangler will cook you a campfire dinner
(rib or chicken). The horses are pulled out at dark and we leave you to a private evening, we do not mix groups. The following morning we give you breakfast sandwiches and beverages, then you take a
hayride back to the ranch.
Campsite has the following:
Outhouse, picnic tables, bonfire ring, cooking ring, large lean-to, all the firewood you need and logs to sit on around the fire.
Pony rides: We walk the horse or pony 5 laps around the yard, that’s just enough for most kids.
Fire Engine ride This 15 minute ride in a horse drawn fire engine is fun for everyone.
